(1) تشجيع الأردنيين وجميع الأشخاص في الشرق الأوسط على سرد قصصهم، وبالتالي المساهمة في التبادل الثقافي وتعزيز حرية التعبير.
(2) خلق برامج تعليمية للأردنيين العاملين أو الراغبين في العمل في مجال صناعة الأفلام.
(3) ترويج وتعزيز ثقافة الأفلام في الأردن وبالتالي المساهمة في تثقيف ورعاية وتنمية الفكر الناقد.
